SHIPPING TIME

These are our estimates:

Processing time takes between 1-2 Business Days

Free Shipping; Estimated Shipping Time: 10-15 Business Days. Max delivery time – 20 business Days.

Standard Shipping; Estimated Shipping Time: 10-15 Business Days. Max delivery time – 20 business Days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days.  Max delivery time - 7 Business Days

In order to track your item, you can use our inbuilt tracking system in our website. You will neither either your tracking number or your email and order number in order to track your item. In the case you do not understand or your tracking is not available. Please contact us at support@jollyknitting.com and we will certainly help you as soon as possible. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Below are the following options you can choose:

1) Send you a return label and give you a refund minus the return label fees.

2) Send you 35% Back and you can keep the item you purchased. 

3) Send you a paid return label for a free exchange.

In the rare case your item is taking longer than the estimate time, we first of all sincerely apologize for the delay. Rest-assured you will receive your item soon. Sometimes our shipping partners FedEx and USPS might be overwhelmed by their local delivery employees which may affect deliveries. In the case you want us to make sure of your item. You can contact us and we will contact USPS/FedEx about your item. 

We are small proud USA company. We have an office located in Los Angeles, California. However, we currently do not have a retail store due to costs. Nevertheless, this is definitely a goal we would love to achieve with your support. Thank you for being here with us!
